About Krissy
Hi, I’m Kristina your photographer in Ireland
OMG hi! I’m so happy you found your way here 🤍
I’m the kind of person who romanticises everything.
Long drives with music a little too loud, coffee that turns into deep conversations, golden light that makes everything feel softer than it actually is. And the rain and fog here in Ireland! I’m just a big sucker for that, it’s almost embarassing haha
I’ve always been drawn to moments that feel real. The in-between. The quiet. The kind of connection you don’t have to explain an dyou probably cannot explain
Music plays a big part in my world. I’m constantly building playlists depending on my mood. Some days feel like soft indie songs and slow mornings, others like windows-down, singing-in-the-car energy. That contrast is kind of me. So your pictures might get edited with the Taylor Swift or Bad Omens and Wind Walkers.
I care a lot. Probably more than I should sometimes.
About people, about energy, about how something feels, so I will always try my best to make you feel as if you’re with me for an experience and not just a photoshoot.
Sometimes I’m the loudest person in the room, sometimes I’m not, but I notice everything.
The little shifts, the unspoken things, the way people interact when they forget they’re being watched. And I think that’s what shapes everything I create.
I love being around people who are a little bit sentimental, a little bit chaotic, deeply in love, and just fully themselves without trying to be anything else.
Outside of photography, you’ll probably find me chasing the perfect thrift, rewatching something for comfort, going on walks that turn into hours, or talking about life way too deeply for no reason.
If you’re here, chances are you feel all those things too.
And if that’s the case, we’ll get along just fine 🤍
Why I do, what I do and how I do it
I don’t take photos just to make something pretty. I do it because I don’t want moments like yours to disappear.
I’ve always been drawn to the quiet stuff. The things people don’t really notice in the moment, the way you look at each other, the small gestures like a hand squeeze, the pauses in between a conversation just to look at the other person.
That’s what stays.
I’m not interested in perfection. Honestly, I don’t think that’s where anything meaningful lives anyway. I care about what’s real. The feeling. The energy between you.
Photos, to me, aren’t just images you scroll past. They’re something you come back to. On good days, on hard days. Something that reminds you how it felt to be right there.
And I know not everyone fits into the typical wedding world. Big timelines, traditions, expectations… it can feel like a lot.
Maybe you’re dreaming of something different. Coming to Ireland, turning it into more than just a day. Driving along the Wild Atlantic Way with no real plan, standing on the Cliffs of Moher with the wind pulling at everything, getting lost somewhere in the Wicklow Mountains, or ending up on a quiet beach in West Cork where it’s just the two of you and the sound of the ocean.
That kind of day? That’s my thing too.
I’m not just there to take photos. I’m there in the moment with you, keeping things relaxed and fun. No need to explain anything to me. I hold onto what it felt like.
And you won’t just see yourselves in your photos, you’ll recognise something deeper.
