About me
Hi I’m Kristina, your wedding and elopement photographer in Europe
My story with photography began over ten years ago, but the fire really ignited when I covered a wedding for the first time in 2020. There it was, that moment when everything suddenly made sense.
Since then, I’ve been hooked on telling lovestories.
Today, I join couples on their journey through one of the most important days of their lives. I not only capture what is visible, but also trace what lays between the lines: Glances, gestures, silence. The quiet sounds that cannot be staged.
I work alone, from the first email to the last edited image. Everything you receive from me passes through my hands and my heart. For me, photography is not a product, it’s a connection. And every story I get to tell becomes part of my own.
Whether it’s your elopement in the middle of nowhere, an intimate wedding in the fog of the Scotland or the laughter of all your loved ones in an old building, I capture what remains long after the day has passed: the authenticity of your moment.
I am ready to tell your story in real, emotional pictures if you want me to.
Why I do what I do
I don’t take photographs just to take beautiful pictures. I take photographs to give memories a home.
My work stems from a deep desire to capture people as they really are, with all their history, their small actions and the quiet moments in between. I am not striving for perfection. It’s about authenticity. About closeness. About what remains when the day is over and life becomes quieter again.
I believe that pictures can be more than just photographs. They can be comfort. Anchoring. A way of finding yourself again.
Especially for couples who don’t feel completely at home in the traditional wedding world, I want to be a safe place. An ally. Someone who understands that love doesn’t have to be loud to be big. That an intimate wedding ceremony in the woods is just as meaningful as a lavish celebration.
I don’t just capture moments, I capture emotions. Little stories that quietly touch you. And sometimes, when everything is just right, I create images in which you not only recognise yourselves, but perhaps even learn to love yourselves a little more.
